Shad C. Derozier

Attorney Shad Derozier has practiced law in the area of Estate Planning and Asset Protection Planning almost exclusively for the last 15 years.
He practices with the firm belief that every client relationship should concentrate on the client's goals, values, and objectives.
Shad also assists clients in using trusts (and other tools) to protect their assets in the event they need care in a nursing home.
Shad holds three degrees. He has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Virginia Tech, a Master's degree in Education from Virginia Tech, and Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law.
